Several insurance companies disclosed new products and coverage enhancements in recent days.
Life and health
Pacific Life Insurance Co. will discontinue the sale of its Pacific PremierCare products, effective May 2.
The suite includes Pacific PremierCare Choice one-year, five-year, 10-year and lifetime premium whole life insurance products with long-term care benefits and Pacific PremierCare Advantage Universal Life Insurance with long-term care benefits in California.

Evernorth Health Inc., Cigna Corp.'s health services business, and Kaiser Permanente announced a five-year collaboration.
The partnership gives Kaiser Permanente members who need urgent care when traveling outside of areas served by Kaiser Permanente access to Cigna's preferred provider organization network.
Additionally, Evernorth's Accredo will become Kaiser Permanente's preferred external pharmacy for limited distribution drugs, and Evernorth's CuraScript SD will be a preferred distributor for purchasing certain other specialty products.
Property and casualty
RV rental marketplace RVshare LLC and insurtech DigiSure Inc. partnered to offer the RVshare Insurance and Protection Plan, which covers comprehensive and collision as well as acts of God.
Crum & Forster is the insurance provider for the auto liability component of the product.

Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co. Ltd. and Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co. Ltd. are developing policies for commercial lunar exploration, Nikkei Asia reported.
Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire's offering will focus on rovers, while Mitsui Sumitomo will offer policies for lunar landers.
