Routemaster Capital to acquire 51% of DeFi Holdings

Routemaster Capital Inc. agreed to acquire 51% of DeFi Holdings Inc.'s issued and outstanding common shares.

Under the terms of the deal, Routemaster Capital will issue 20 million of its common shares from treasury to DeFi Holdings shareholders pro rata in proportion to their holdings of purchased shares.

Routemaster Capital currently owns 49% of DeFi Holdings. Following the acquisition, DeFi Holdings will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Routemaster Capital.
