Riverstone to exit Pattern Energy; FTV invests in Orbus Software

– Vendep Capital Oy portfolio company Woomio IVS, a provider of influencer marketing software, was acquired by Kolsquare.

– Riverstone Holdings LLC agreed to sell its investment in Pattern Energy Group LP, a developer and operator of renewable energy and transmission infrastructure, to a consortium led by APG Asset Management NV. Evercore Group LLC served as exclusive financial adviser and Vinson & Elkins acted as legal counsel to Riverstone. Sidley Austin LLP was legal counsel to the buyer consortium. The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2025, subject to receipt of required regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.

– Fengate Capital Management Ltd. acquired a 50% stake in Freeport Power Ltd., which owns a cogeneration facility in Texas.

– FTV Management Company LP invested in Orbus Software, the trading name of Seattle Software Ltd., a SilverTree Equity portfolio company. Jefferies was financial adviser to Orbus.

– Whistler Capital Partners LLC invested in GXP-Storage, a provider of regulated storage and managed services. McDermott Will & Emery LLP was legal adviser to Whistler. Wyrick Robbins Yates & Ponton LLP was legal adviser to GXP-Storage.

– An affiliate of Gemspring Capital Management LLC invested in Telna Inc., a provider of eSIM management software and connectivity solutions.

– Sun Capital Partners Inc. acquired recreational vehicle provider Northern Wholesale Supply Inc.
