Reliance Partners LLC has acquired the assets of Nashville, Tenn.-based Capacity Southeast Agency LLC.

Capacity Southeast Agency is a transportation-focused insurance broker. The acquisition expands Reliance Partners' regional footprint and further emphasizes its focus on the transportation and logistics industry.

Reliance Partners also named Debra Brake senior vice president of sales and Jessie Merritt vice president of sales. Brake serves as president of Capacity Southeast Agency, while Merritt serves as a senior vice president.
