Online wholesale marketplace Faire secures $400M in series G round

Faire Wholesale Inc. raised $400 million in a series G financing round, bringing the online wholesale marketplace's valuation to $12.4 billion.

The round was co-led by new investor Durable Capital Partners LP and existing investors D1 Capital Partners LP and Dragoneer Investment Group LLC, with participation from other current backers.

Faire will use the capital to hire talent, add companies to its list of global brands and enter new markets.
