San Diego-based Bank of Southern California NA named Ryan Cressler managing director in the Coachella Valley.

Prior to joining the bank, Cressler worked at Wells Fargo Bank, most recently as vice president and business relationship manager.

Jenks, Okla.-based Gateway First Bank appointed Charlie Crouse senior vice president of commercial lending, overseeing commercial banking activities in Gateway's core markets.

Crouse most recently was managing director of energy lending at Simmons Bank.

Waukesha, Wis.-based Waukesha State Bank promoted Kyle Kees to vice president and commercial banking team lead.

Kees joined the bank in 2018 as vice president and commercial banking officer.

Jones is the vice president of Jones Electrical Contractors Inc.

Raj currently is executive vice president of the bank.
