OceanSound Partners raises $780M for debut fund

OceanSound Partners LP raised $780 million in capital commitments at the final close of its inaugural fund.

The OceanSound Partners Fund LP closed above its $550 million target.

The New York-based private equity firm invests between $75 million and $300 million in technology and technology-enabled companies with an enterprise value of $150 million to $750 million.

Sixpoint Partners was the placement agent for the fundraising. Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison LLP provided legal advice to OceanSound.
