O2 Investment Partners closes fund at $270M

O2 Investment Partners LLC secured $270 million in capital commitments at the final close of O2 Investment Partners Fund III LP.

The North American lower-middle-market private equity firm focuses on leveraged buyouts, real estate, infrastructure, royalties, mining, credit and distressed debt, among others.

Metric Point Capital was the placement agent, while Kirkland & Ellis LLP was legal adviser.
