Newton Investment Management names CEO

U.K.-based Newton Investment Management Ltd. named Euan Munro CEO, subject to the Financial Conduct Authority's approval in the U.K.

Most recently, Munro was CEO of Aviva Investors Global Services Ltd.

Munro, who will join Newton Investment Management on June 23, will report to Hanneke Smits, CEO of BNY Mellon Investment Management.

Newton Investment Management is a subsidiary of the investment arm of Bank of New York Mellon Corp.
