New Mountain Capital LLC acquired a stake in American water-related infrastructure services company Inframark LLC from PPC Enterprises LLC and Alston Capital Partners.

Inframark's management team, led by CEO Stephane Bouvier, will continue to lead the business and have a meaningful ownership stake alongside New Mountain.
