Banking
Concord, N.H.-based New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp promoted Sara Lauze to senior vice president and operations officer.
Lauze will lead the loan operations, deposit operations, collections and digital banking services for New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp's subsidiaries Savings Bank of Walpole, Merrimack County Savings Bank and Meredith Village Savings Bank.
Lauze, who joined Merrimack in 2005, was appointed vice president in 2018.

W. David Tull resigned from the boards of Sioux Falls, S.D.-based Meta Financial Group Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary MetaBank NA on Nov. 24.
Tull founded Crestmark Bancorp Inc. in 1996 and served as company chairman and CEO until Crestmark Bancorp was acquired by Meta Financial Group in August 2018, at which time Tull became a member of the boards of both the company and the bank.
Financial services
Blechman, who was determined to be an independent director by the board, will also serve on the audit and compensation committees, replacing the nonindependent member of each committee prior to her election.
Blechman has been chief marketing officer of Tom Ford Retail LLC since January 2017.
