Netflix Inc. is testing mobile-only subscriptions that would be launched in Poland, Broadband TV News reported, citing Wirtualne Media.
The company plans to offer a Mobile tier worth 24 Polish zlotys per month, with content available in standard definition on one device. Another tier, Mobile+, would cost 38 zlotys monthly and enable access to full HD content simultaneously on up to two devices.
Netflix currently offers three subscription tiers in Poland: the Basic tier worth 34 zlotys per month, the Standard tier for 43 zlotys per month and the Premium tier at 52 zlotys per month, according to the report.
The streaming provider previously launched mobile plans in Malaysia and India.
As of Feb. 25, US$1 was equivalent to 3.95 Polish zlotys.
