Needham Bank names SVP; Maine State CU promotes 2 execs

Maine State CU promoted Brie-Anne Mellor to senior vice president and chief lending officer and Shane Abbott to senior vice president and chief retail officer.

In 2021, Mellor became the credit union's vice president of lending, while Abbott joined the operations team as vice president.

Philadelphia-based Republic First Bancorp Inc., the parent of Republic First Bank, said Robert McKenna was hired as senior vice president and team leader in Long Island.

McKenna previously was first vice president and commercial loan officer at Valley National Bank.

Abilene, Texas-based First Financial Bankshares Inc. named Rett Everett executive vice president of credit administration.

Everett arrived at First Financial Bank NA after working as executive vice president and chief credit officer at National Bank of Texas at Fort Worth since June 2020.

Maine-based Bangor Savings Bank promoted Tricia Duchesneau to senior vice president and director of consumer banking.

Duchesneau has been with the bank for nearly 16 years, most recently serving as regional market manager in southern Maine.

In addition, Bangor Savings Bank appointed Laura Johnson senior vice president and director of mortgage and consumer lending. Johnson was previously employed at HarborOne Bank.
