NCR acquires customer solutions provider Terafina

Banking technology firm NCR Corp. acquired Terafina, a solution provider for customer account opening and onboarding across digital, branch and call center channels.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

NCR expects adding Terafina's customer onboarding capabilities will improve client satisfaction and increase the number of products customers open.
