First United Corp.'s board on Jan. 8 elected Sanu Chadha and Christy DiPietro as Class II directors of the Oakland, Md.-based company until the 2021 annual meeting of shareholders and until their successors are duly elected and qualified.
Chadha and DiPietro were also elected to the board of the company's unit, First United Bank & Trust.
Chadha, a certified project management professional, is the managing partner of M&S Consulting. DiPietro, a chartered financial analyst, is a private investor and the family office manager of Hidden Code Advisory.
Financial services
OFS Capital Corp. named Romita Shetty a Class II director of the board, chair of the nominating and corporate governance committee and a member of the audit committee and the compensation committee.
Shetty fills the vacancy created by the death of Robert Cresci on Dec. 22, 2020. Shetty will be a member of the board until the 2023 annual meeting of stockholders or until her successor is duly elected and qualified.
Shetty currently serves on the board of OFS Credit Co. Inc., an affiliate of OFS Capital. She is a principal of DA Companies, parent of DA Capital LLC.

Hancock Park Corporate Income Inc. named Elaine Healy a Class III director of the board, lead independent director, chair of the nominating and corporate governance committee and a member of the audit committee to fill the vacancy created by the death of Robert Cresci.
Healy will be a member of the board until the 2022 annual meeting of stockholders or until her successor is duly elected and qualified.
Healy currently serves on the board of OFS Capital, an affiliate of Hancock Park Corporate Income. She is a co-founder and managing partner of NexGen Venture Partners LLC, which does business as Aura Wireless.

Valade's career includes serving as regional president for the Americas - Canada and Latin America at Wells Fargo Bank.

Affiliated Managers Group Inc. appointed Félix Matos Rodríguez to its board, as an additional independent director, effective immediately.
Matos Rodríguez is the chancellor of City University of New York. He has been a teacher, administrator and former cabinet secretary for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
Glenn Earle retired from the board of Affiliated Managers Group on Jan. 8.
