Mack-Cali sells Princeton, NJ, office building – Commercial Property Executive

Diversified real estate investment trust Mack-Cali Realty Corp. sold a 158,200-square-foot office property in Princeton, N.J., to the Cali Group, Commercial Property Executive reported, citing CommercialEdge data.

The four-story building at 100 Overlook Center was 91% leased at the time of sale.

The buyer secured a $29.7 million loan from Streamline Realty Funding for the acquisition, according to the publication.

Cushman & Wakefield arranged the acquisition loan for the borrower.
