Lighthouse Lab Services nets loans backing buyout by Martis Capital

Lighthouse Lab Services received loans supporting a majority investment in the company by Martis Capital, according to a statement. First Eagle Investment Management provided the debt financing.

Martis invested alongside current investors NaviMed Capital and company management. Lighthouse Lab Services and Elite Diagnostics announced a merger in March 2020.

Charlotte, N.C.-based Lighthouse provides lab build-out and management services to office labs, reference labs and hospital labs.
