Och-Ziff prices $653M CLO via BAML

Bank of America Merrill Lynch today priced a $653.25 million CLO for Och-Ziff Loan Management, according to sources.

The transaction is structured as follows:

The deal has a two-year non-call period, sources added.

Och-Ziff’s CLO is one of eight deals to price in 2013 totaling about $4.59 billion, according to LCD. – Kerry Kantin
