JPMorgan names global head of corporate client banking

Banking

Signature Bank named Lisa Bond senior vice president and chief corporate social impact officer and promoted Ana Harris to senior vice president and chief human resources officer.

Bond's role is a newly created position that encompasses diversity and inclusion along with environmental, social and governance initiatives. She was most recently vice president of senior leadership and professional search at Macy's Inc.

Harris was previously senior vice president and director of human resources.

Signature Bank's board also created a corporate social responsibility committee.

Rabobank appointed Tamira Treffers-Herrera and Robert Sinescu co-heads of North American client coverage.

Treffers-Herrera was also named vice chairperson and head of the Atlanta office, where she also oversees Rabobank Mexico. She was most recently CEO of Rabobank's European region in London.

Sinescu is head of the Chicago office and oversees Rabobank Canada. He also continues as CEO of Rabo Securities Canada Inc. He was previously general manager of Rabobank Canada, a position that Marc Drouin has taken on.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. appointed James Roddy global head of corporate client banking and specialized industries in its commercial banking unit, American Banker reported.

Roddy is taking over from Rob Holmes, who recently was named president and CEO of Texas Capital Bancshares Inc.

Roddy most recently served as JPMorgan's co-head of diversified industries investment banking, according to the report.

Lexington, S.C.-based First Community Corp.'s board added Ray Jones as a member.

Jones is a partner with law firm Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP.

San Diego-based Bank of Southern California NA added William Sloan and Sam Kunianski as executive vice presidents of commercial banking.

Sloan will focus on commercial real estate. He previously worked at a community bank as executive vice president.

Kunianski will focus on the commercial and industrial sector. He most recently worked at American Business Bank as regional vice president.

CIT Group Inc. hired Vicki Jennings, Nicole Skaro and Jolen Zeroski in its community association banking business.

Jennings is based in Tampa, Fla., and expands the Florida team to cover the state's central west coast. She previously worked as a national sales director at VIVE.

Skaro will cover the Delaware, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania areas. She joins the company from The Falcon Group, where she was a director of business development and client relations.

Based in Fullerton, Calif., Zeroski is focused on clients across Southern California and the West Coast. She previously worked at Union Bank.

Lynn Reeves Dickerson was appointed to the boards of Oakdale, Calif.-based Oak Valley Bancorp and unit Oak Valley Community Bank, effective Jan. 5, 2021.

Dickerson has been CEO of the Gallo Center for the Arts since 2009.

Charles Walton will retire from the boards of Midlothian, Va.-based Village Bank and Trust Financial Corp. and unit Village Bank, effective Dec. 31.

Walton has been a director since 2008.

Financial services

Apprise, the multifamily appraisal business of Walker & Dunlop Inc. and GeoPhy, added Melissa Lofing as managing director in its valuation for financial reporting practice group.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Lofing was a managing director of the financial reporting practice in the valuation and advisory group at Cushman & Wakefield.
