Henry and Walsh will succeed Bill Austin, who will become a managing director focused on the growth of NFP's South Florida business.
Walsh was the regional managing director for property and casualty in the northeast region at NFP, while Henry was regional managing director for benefits.

Insurance Australia Group Ltd. named Darren O'Connell executive general manager of underwriting for the Intermediated Insurance Australia team, effective Feb. 1.
Christa Marjoribanks will become the team's permanent executive general manager of product pricing and governance.
O'Connell led the commercial and intermediated portfolio at Suncorp Group Ltd.

Brooke was underwriter for the political risk and political violence portfolio at W/R/B Underwriting.
Reinsurance
General Reinsurance Corp. named Cindy Blanchard and Jason Cooper-Williams joint managing directors of General Reinsurance Africa Ltd., effective Jan. 1.
Blanchard and Cooper-Williams will succeed Peter Temple, who will continue to serve as head of segment for the U.K., Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, southern Africa and the Caribbean.
Temple will also remain a nonexecutive director on General Reinsurance Africa's board.
