Inland Pipe Rehabilitation LLC, or IPR, has agreed to acquire Inliner from Granite Construction Inc. and its affiliates. The transaction is due to close in the first half of 2022, the companies said Feb. 3.
Atlantic Park Strategic Capital Fund will provide debt financing. Monroe Capital LLC will remain administrative agent on a senior credit facility to IPR.
IPR is a portfolio company of investment affiliates of J.F. Lehman & Co. The transaction is the second add-on since J.F. Lehman acquired IPR in 2018.
Inliner provides trenchless pipe rehabilitation for wastewater and stormwater infrastructure.
