Incline Equity Partners acquired Jon-Don Inc., which provides consumables and equipment for specialty contractors in the restoration, carpet/concrete cleaning and janitorial/sanitation end markets.

Trivest Partners LP made a non-control investment in Jon-Don through its Trivest Growth Investment Fund in 2017.

Audax Private Debt was the investor in mezzanine financing supporting Incline Equity's acquisition of Jon-Don.

Jon-Don and Trivest retained BlackArch Partners as financial adviser.
