Illinois-based Old Second National Bank promotes retail banking head to EVP

Aurora, Ill.-based Old Second National Bank promoted Sylvia Balogh to executive vice president of retail banking.

Balogh started leading Old Second's retail banking division when she joined the bank in 2019.

California-based Santa Cruz County Bank promoted Chief Marketing Officer Mary Anne Carson to executive vice president from senior vice president.

Carson joined the bank during its pre-startup phase in November 2003.

Shreveport, La.-based Home Federal Bank appointed Delayne Lewis its first chief risk officer.

Lewis has been with the bank for 10 years, according to a news release.
