Jonesboro, Ga.-based Heritage Southeast Bancorp. Inc. unit Heritage Southeast Bank hired Karen Allen as senior vice president and director of marketing.
Allen will be based at the company's office in McDonough, Ga.

Bridge Bank, a division of Phoenix, Ariz.-based Western Alliance Bank, hired Jon Berry as senior vice president in the technology banking team.
Berry, who will be responsible for the market in Austin, Texas, joins from Pacific Western Bank, where he was senior vice president in the venture banking group.

Indiana, Pa.-based S&T Bancorp Inc. unit S&T Bank announced that Upstate New York Market President Patrick Tobin plans to retire, effective Dec. 31.
Tobin, who joined S&T in 2015, will be succeeded by Senior Vice President and Market Executive Joe Brennan.

Eric Hummel resigned from the board of Ohio-based Middlefield Banc Corp., effective Nov. 9.
Hummel's resignation was due to personal reasons and did not result from any disagreements with management or the board, the company said.

Lebanon, Tenn.-based Wilson Bank Holding Co. elected Deborah Varallo to its board as a class II director, with an initial term that will expire at the company's annual meeting of shareholders in 2021.
Varallo has also been elected as a director of the company's subsidiary, Wilson Bank and Trust.

Paya Inc. appointed Dustin Renn head of corporate development/M&A.
Prior to joining Paya, Renn was senior vice president and head of corporate development at Cardlytics Inc.

Kenneth Thompson intends to retire as executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of Verisk Analytics Inc., according to a Form 8-K filing.
Thompson will continue in his duties until a successor is named. He will transition to executive counsel after the appointment of a new general counsel, and will serve until his retirement on May 1, 2023.
