Studio landlord Hackman Capital Partners LLC bought the Sony Pictures Animation Inc. campus in Culver City, Calif., for about $160 million, the Los Angeles Times reported.

The three-building office complex at 9050 Washington Blvd. spans 182,000 square feet. Hackman also owns the Culver Studios and Culver Steps properties located across the street from the campus, the report noted.
