Goldman Sachs has priced the $506.45 million AIMCO CLO 16, the third CLO issued this year by Allstate Investment Management Co.
The transaction features a spread of L+113 on a $222.25 million Class A-L Loan tranche and a $95.25 million Class A notes tranche, according to market sources.
Deal details are as follows:
The deal includes a two-year non-call through Jan. 17, 2024, and a five-year reinvestment period through Jan. 17, 2027. The expected maturity is Jan. 17, 2035.
The expected closing date is Dec. 17.
Allstate's most recent transaction, AIMCO CLO 15, priced in July via Bank of America.
