Payments and financial services technology solutions provider Fiserv Inc. completed its acquisition of Finxact Inc.

Finxact's cloud-native banking system provides 100% accessibility to all data and functions via a set of modern application programming interfaces, allowing banks and their partners to create products on demand and integrate new services as needed, according to a press release.
