First Solar Inc. said the company's co-chief technology officer, Raffi Garabedian, stepped down from that role effective Nov. 5 and will retire from the company as of March 31, 2021.
Markus Gloeckler, who has also been serving as co-CTO, has become First Solar's sole CTO, according to a Nov. 9 Form 8-K. Gloeckler has been with company since 2005.
