Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV on Jan. 13 said it lifted all conditions on its €2.9 billion special dividend, which it will pay out to shareholders on Jan. 29.
The dividend, which will be €1.84 per common share, is part of the merger agreement between Fiat Chrysler and Peugeot SA.
Shareholders of record as of Jan. 15 will be eligible for the dividend.
The deal is set to close on Jan. 16., with the shares of combined entity Stellantis set to begin trading in Milan and Paris on Jan. 18, and in New York on Jan. 19.
