Jan. 24

Mandrake Resources Ltd. appointed Roger Fitzhardinge an independent nonexecutive director.

Lotus Resources Ltd. tapped Michael Ball to replace Chris Knee as CFO.

Redbank Copper Ltd.'s executive director Michael Hannington stepped down to ensure a more appropriate board size for the company. Hannington will remain a company consultant.

Group 6 Metals Ltd. named Keith McKnight CEO.

Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. said Mark Farren will retire as CEO of the Kamoa Copper SA joint venture after the commissioning of the phase-two expansion of the Kamoa-Kakula copper operation in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

ABx Group Ltd. appointed Mark Cooksey CEO, effective Feb. 1. Outgoing CEO Ian Levy will remain a director.

Steve Herlihy joined Bannerman Energy Ltd. as CFO and company secretary, replacing Rob Orr.

Stanislav Ploshchenko took over as CFO of Petropavlovsk PLC and will replace Danila Kotlyarov, who will remain with the company until Feb. 28 before taking on an advisory role within the group.

Core Assets Corp. appointed Joel Faltinsky a director following the resignation of Scott Rose.

Azimut Exploration Inc. named Glenn Mullan chair of the board.

New Pacific Metals Corp. accepted the resignation of Mark Cruise as CEO and director. Rui Feng was appointed CEO and stepped down as chairman. Terry Salman took over as chairman.

Vimy Resources Ltd. hired Steven Michael as CEO and managing director. Michael was the company's interim CEO since August 2021.

Regal Resources Inc. reappointed Greg Thomas as CEO, president and director. Thomas was president and CEO from 2010 to 2020.

Jan. 25

Boadicea Resources Ltd. elevated nonexecutive director Domenic De Marco to chair of the board. Executive director Steven Moon will resign and transition to retirement, effective Feb. 24.

Great Southern Mining Ltd. CEO Sean Gregory resigned and will remain with the company in the interim to facilitate a smooth transition to Executive Chairman John Terpu.

Saudi Arabian Mining Co. appointed Robert Wilt an executive board member, effective Feb. 1.

Yusheng Cai joined Energy Metals Ltd. as a nonexecutive director after Fei He's resignation from the board.

Bald Eagle Gold Corp. appointed Christopher Paul CEO and tapped director Peter Simeon as chairman.

Eric Chen joined GoldMining Inc. as a director for mineral resources.

Ceylon Graphite Corp. named Rita Theil nonexecutive chair of the board.

Trevor Steel resigned as a director of Azarga Metals Corp.

InZinc Mining Ltd. appointed Lesia Burianyk CFO and added Steve Vanry to the board, effective Jan. 24.

Tombill Mines Ltd. tapped Liam Ruddy to replace Tom Rowcliffe as CFO.

David Beck became CFO of Advance United Holdings Inc., replacing David McDonald, who will continue under a new comptroller management agreement.

Jan. 26

Brett Grist will join Kavango Resources PLC's board Feb. 7. Grist will become COO.

Falcon Gold Corp. added Michelle Suzuki to its board following the resignation of John Bossio.

Alpha Metallurgical Resources promoted Dan Horn to chief commercial officer and executive vice president, effective Jan. 25. Horn was president of the coal sales division and executive vice president of sales.

Jan. 27

Bluejay Mining PLC appointed COO Eric Sondergaard an executive director.

Lincoln Greenidge became CFO of Sandfire Resources America Inc., succeeding John McGonigle.

Libero Copper & Gold Corp. appointed Anglo Asian Mining PLC nominee Michael Sununu a director.

Maria Gordon is joining Evraz PLC's board as an independent nonexecutive director, effective Feb. 1. CEO Aleksey Ivanov was named executive director, effective Feb. 1.

Star Alliance International Corp. named Weverson Correia CEO.

David Forest and Jay Sujir joined Ivor Exploration Inc.'s board of directors after Brent Hahn and Barry Hartley resigned. Forest was appointed CEO, and Hahn will be interim CFO.

Advance United Holdings hired Kevin Glendenning as chief technology officer.

Jan. 28

Castillo Copper Ltd. appointed Dennis Jensen CEO and tapped Geoff Reed as an executive director, effective Feb. 1.

De Grey Mining Ltd. hired Samantha Hogg as an independent nonexecutive director.

Canyon Resources Ltd. appointed Ekoko Mukete a nonexecutive director of subsidiary Camalco Cameroon SA.

TerraCom Ltd. added Graeme Campbell and Mark Lochtenberg to its board.

Giles Gunesekera and Claire Bibby joined Magnis Energy Technologies Ltd.'s board as independent nonexecutive directors.

Elementos Ltd. CEO Joe David was named managing director.

Markus Elsasser is retiring as a director of Impact Minerals Ltd., effective Jan. 31, to focus on private interests.

Goldoz Ltd. appointed nonexecutive director Campbell Smyth chairman.

Malaysia Smelting Corp. Bhd. tapped Datuk Lim Hong Tat as an independent director.
