European Residential REIT and Canadian Apartment Properties REIT extended their up to €165 million pipeline agreement for an additional two-year period through March 29, 2023.

European Residential can use the financing under the agreement to acquire properties that it cannot do so with its own resources. Any part of the total commitment that has been repaid can be used again by the company as part of the agreement.
