EQT to sell water infrastructure tech company Innovyze in $1B deal

EQT AB (publ) agreed to sell water infrastructure technology company Innovyze Inc. to software company Autodesk Inc. at an enterprise value of $1.00 billion.

The sale is being made through EQT Private Equity's EQT Mid Market US fund.

The transaction is set to close in March or April, subject to customary conditions and approvals.

UBS Investment Bank was financial adviser to EQT Private Equity and Innovyze, while Sidley Austin LLP was their legal counsel.
