Enterprise software services provider insightsoftware Inc. completed the acquisition of cloud-based software as a services provider Certent Inc. from K1 Investment Management LLC.

Financial terms of the deal remained undisclosed.

Private equity firms Genstar Capital Management LLC and TA Associates Management LP backed insightsoftware.

Raymond James served as financial adviser to Certent, while Morris Manning & Martin LLP acted as legal counsel.
