Deal Wrap: Equistone buys into Talon Outdoor; Inflexion scoops up SteriPack

* Midmarket private equity firm Equistone Partners Europe Ltd. is investing in advertising agency Talon Outdoor. Mayfair Equity Partners LLP will fully exit Talon, and the company's management will retain a meaningful stake. Raymond James, Travers Smith, KPMG, OC&C and PWC advised Equistone. GP Bullhound, Goodwin Procter, RSM and PWC advised Mayfair and Talon, and Highstead Partners and CMS advised the company's management.

* OpenFin, which provides runtime technology for financial desktops, received a strategic investment from ING Ventures, ING Groep NV's venture capital arm.

* AnaCap Financial Partners Ltd. made a capital injection into pfs, which provides software and technological risk life cycle management services. Socios Financieros and Chequers were sell-side advisers, while Cuatrecasas, Proskauer, Alvarez & Marsal and BCG were buy-side advisers.

* BV Investment Partners LP completed the sale of IT consulting group GlideFast Consulting LLC to ASGN Inc. for about $350 million in cash.

* Inflexion Pvt. Equity Partners LLP purchased SteriPack Group, a contract manufacturer for the medical device, pharmaceutical and diagnostic markets.

* Genstar Capital LLC purchased Abracon LLC, which specializes in passive components. Weil Gotshal & Manges was legal counsel to Genstar. Guggenheim Partners, Lincoln International and Jones Day advised Abracon.
