Condé Nast Entertainment LLC will restructure its creative operations by appointing global leadership teams to its brands as part of a new content strategy.
The revamp will affect the creative teams' content creation and distribution processes across platforms and formats, in a bid to better serve audiences and advertising partners, a Dec. 15 statement said.
Under the restructure, Condé Nast appointed Anna Wintour global chief content officer and global editorial director of Vogue. She will remain editor-in-chief of Vogue U.S. Christiane Mack will remain chief content operations officer.
Amy Astley will be AD's global editorial director while remaining editor-in-chief of AD U.S. Oliver Jahn, editor-in-chief of Architectural Digest Germany, will be AD's deputy global editorial director.
Divia Thani will be global editorial director of Condé Nast Traveler while keeping her role as editor-in-chief of CN Traveller India. Condé Nast Traveler U.S. Editor Jesse Ashlock will be her deputy.
Will Welch, editor-in-chief of GQ U.S., will also be GQ's global editorial director. GQ Middle East Editor-in-Chief Adam Baidawi will be his deputy.
Condé Nast also promoted Simone Marchetti to European editorial director of Vanity Fair, which includes editions published in France, Italy and Spain. Vanity Fair Editor-in-Chief Radhika Jones will retain oversight of the title's U.S. and U.K. editions.
Edward Enninful will be Vogue's European editorial director, which includes editions in the U.K., France, Italy, Germany and Spain. He will continue as editor-in-chief of British Vogue.
