Citizens & Northern names wealth management chief; Bank7 adds director

Citizens & Northern Corp. named Matthew Bower executive vice president and chief wealth management officer.

Bower joins C&N after serving as managing director of PNC Financial Services Group Inc.'s wealth management group in Atlanta.

Oklahoma City-based Bank7 Corp. added Edward Gray to the board of the company and its unit, Bank7.

Gray, a managing director at Roaring Fork Capital, will serve an initial term starting Feb. 7 and ending at the company's 2022 annual shareholders meeting May 26.

Paoli, Pa.-based Malvern Bancorp Inc. appointed Sandra Selzer executive vice president and general counsel.

Selzer was most recently associate in-house counsel for developer Phoenix RHCS LLC.

Mechanicsburg, Pa.-based Members 1st FCU named Garth Pricer chief information officer, replacing Bob West, who retired in November 2021, according to a news release posted on CUInsight.com.

Pricer joined the credit union in 2010 as vice president of IT information security.

First Hawaiian Inc. and First Hawaiian Bank Director Matthew Cox will not stand for reelection at the company's 2022 annual shareholders meeting in April.

Cox has served on the Honolulu-based company's board since 2016.
