CBRE buys Millman National; Morgan Stanley Private Equity buys RowCal Nation

Three real estate deals were closed in North America during the week of May 1, S&P Global Market Intelligence data shows.

CBRE Group Inc. on May 4 acquired commercial land surveying services provider Millman National Land Services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Morgan Stanley Private Equity on May 1 closed its acquisition of RowCal Nation LLC, a provider of outsourced homeowner association property management services.

Also completed during the week was the acquisition of Friedberg Properties & Associates Inc. by private investor David Arabia.
