Castle Rock Entertainment receives $95M in financing for relaunch

CIT Group, through its technology, media and telecommunications business, acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on an up-to-$95 million financing facility that is being used to relaunch film production company Castle Rock Entertainment.

Castle Rock has produced more than 125 films, including noteworthy titles such as "When Harry Met Sally," "A Few Good Men," "Miss Congeniality" and "The Shawshank Redemption." In addition, it produced the television show "Seinfeld."
