Teaneck, N.J.-based Bogota Savings Bank, a unit of Bogota Financial MHC, seeks to establish a branch office at 181 Blvd., Hasbrouck Heights, N.J., according to the State of New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance.

Jonestown, Pa.-based Jonestown Bank & Trust Co. on June 30 closed its branch at 2 East Main St., Palmyra, Lebanon County, Penn., according to the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities.
Midwest
Burton, Mich.-based ELGA CU broke ground July 17 on its 14th branch and headquarters at 12700 Grand Pointe Blvd., Grand Blanc Township, Mich., according to a press release posted on CUInsight. The headquarters building is expected to be completed later in the year, while the branch is projected to open in the first quarter of 2021.

Vernon Hills, Ill.-based Baxter CU seeks to open and maintain two stations in the state of New York, at 300 Crosspoint Parkway, Getzville, Town of Amherst, Erie County, N.Y., and at 750 Woodbury Road, Woodbury, Town of Oyster Bay, Nassau County, N.Y., according to the New York State Department of Financial Services.

Loretto, Minn.-based 21st Century Bank, a unit of Crosstown Holding Co., on June 1 opened a detached facility at 2335 Highway 36 W., Suite 202, Roseville, Ramsey County, Minn., according to the Minnesota Commerce Department.

Duluth, Minn.-based Park State Bank, a unit of Park Financial Group Inc., got the approval of the Minnesota Commerce Department to put up a new detached facility at 3033 Excelsior Blvd., Suite 345, Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minn., according to the state regulator.

Underwood, Minn.-based Farmers State Bank of Underwood, a subsidiary of Underwood Bancshares Inc., on July 1 opened a new detached facility at 204 West Cavour Ave., Fergus Falls, Otter Tail County, Minn., according to the Minnesota Commerce Department's July 13 report.
Southeast
Regions Financial Corp. unit Birmingham, Ala.-based Regions Bank opened a branch at 7405 Spout Springs Road, Flowery Branch, Ga., on June 1, and branches at 1900 N. 18th St., Suite 100, Monroe, La., and 3850 Goodman Road, Horn Lake, Miss., on June 29, according to the Alabama State Banking Department. On June 29, the state regulator also approved Regions Bank's application for four more new branches. The approved new branches will be at US Hwy 1, S.W. 124th St., Miami, Fla.; Veterans Memorial Blvd., Metairie, La.; Bellaire Blvd., at Texas Hwy6, Houston; and at Kuykendahl Road, The Woodlands, Texas.
Meanwhile, Regions Bank closed a total of 37 branches in various states in June, according to the Alabama State Banking Department. Three branch locations were closed in Alabama, four in Arkansas, eight in Florida, five in Georgia, one in Illinois, four in Indiana, four in Louisiana, one in Missouri, four in Mississippi and three in Tennessee.
