BlackRock, Michael O'Flynn agree to sell Liffey Park Business Campus for €100M

Developer Michael O'Flynn and BlackRock Real Assets, the real estate and infrastructure arm of BlackRock Inc., agreed to sell the 195-acre Liffey Park Business Campus to Swiss real estate investor Stoneweg SA for €100 million, The Irish Times reported.

BlackRock and O'Flynn purchased the nine-building campus in Leixlip, Co Kildare in Ireland, in September 2018, for €51 million.

Stoneweg is understood to be the preferred bidder after a marketing process conducted by Eastdil Secured, the report said.

The campus, which has a total floor area of 1.47 million square feet, is leased to Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co., Celestica Inc., MGS and Global Entserv Solutions, the report added.
