Barclays today priced the $347.65 million ABPCI Direct Lending Fund CLO IX for AB Credit Investor.

Details are as follows:

The new issue is compliant with EU risk retention. The deal will settle Nov. 18, with the non-call period ending Nov. 18, 2021, and the reinvestment period ending Nov. 18, 2023.

This is the manager's second new issue this year. The other, the $263.5 million ABPCI Direct Lending Fund CLO VIII, priced in March via Barclays with a weighted cost of capital of 213.15 bps.

The latest new issue takes the year-to-date U.S. collateralized loan obligation volume and deal count to $63.05 billion from 147 deals, versus $94 billion from 193 deals in the same period in 2019.
