Asia Capital Real Estate secures $320M commitment from Almanac Realty

Asia Capital Real Estate secured $320 million worth of capital commitment from a fund managed by Neuberger Berman Group LLC's Almanac Realty Investors LLC arm.

The investment will support Asia Capital's general partner and investment manager, as well as anchor investments in their private debt and equity funds targeting multifamily properties.

The global real estate private equity firm is seeking to invest over $2 billion and has already deployed over $300 million in loans.
