AllianceBernstein LP acquired investment manager AnchorPath Financial LLC earlier during the second quarter.

AnchorPath's team recently joined the asset manager's multi-asset solutions business, adding more than $400 million of assets under management. Marshall Greenbaum, AnchorPath's principal, also joined AllianceBernstein as part of the acquisition.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
