U.K.'s Little Dot Studios Ltd. is buying London-based production studio WING for an undisclosed sum.

The company, majority-owned by content producer All3Media Ltd., said the acquisition will help it enhance its sports production and meet growing global demand.

WING produces content for sports brands and governing bodies such as the International Olympics Committee, The America's Cup and Formula 1.
