RSA Conference 2022: Is Different Better?

Date:
Thursday, May 26, 2022
Location:
On-Demand
Duration:
1 Hour

The RSA Conference (‘RSAC’) is one of the cybersecurity industry’s milestone events, and for 2022, it’s finally back in person. But not exclusively. Like many pre-pandemic marquee events, RSAC has gone through its own phases of ‘COVID-coping.’ After going fully virtual in 2021, a planned return to an in-person event in February got derailed by the midwinter surge. After a four-month postponement – and barring anything further unforeseen – RSA 2022 will be hybrid, with both a virtual and an in-person component.

How does RSAC’s journey of the past two years reflect that of the industry it represents? What are high points we expect from RSA 2022, and how will this new approach to a major industry conference shape those to come? Join the 451 Research Information Security team for a roundtable discussion of what we expect to see from our own participation, both in-person and virtual, as we address:

  • The cybersecurity trends we expect to see prevail at RSA 2022,
  • How we expect this year’s event to be different, and...
  • Whether it will continue to be the landmark event for security it has always been.
