Lawrence Choy is a Director with the Corporates segment at S&P Global Market Intelligence. In his role, he focuses on the strategic and product direction of the Consumer & Retail segment. In addition, he oversees the Corporate Development and Corporate Finance personas across the firm.

Previously, he worked extensively in the Investment Banking product segment as a product manager focused on building value-added enhancements for the global Investment Banking user base.

Robert is Head of Corporate Engagement at Sustainable1 related to the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment, which was acquired by S&P Global from RobecoSAM in January 2020. At RobecoSAM Robert was a senior manager in the Sustainability Services Team working with hundreds of companies on benchmarking their ESG performance against global peers. Before that Robert worked in different roles in climate change and sustainability, including Vice President, Global Head Climate Change Service at technical verification and inspection firm SGS, Deputy to the CEO of the International Emissions Trading Association, Consultant to the World Bank as Conference Director for Carbon Expo. Robert is a regular speaker and chair at workshops, webinars and international conferences. He holds a Master in Economics from the University of Konstanz, Germany and a BCs (hons) in Digital Technology, design and innovation management. He has published several articles in peer reviewed journals and contributed chapters to different books on among others carbon markets and climate change regulation. Minimize

Dr. Riva Krut was named vice president and chief sustainability officer for Linde in December 2012. She leads the company’s integration of sustainable development into the overall corporate strategy and leads the development of corporate-wide metrics as well as targets and performance management, most recently their 10-year climate change and sustainable development targets. Krut is responsible for maintaining Linde’s external reputation for sustainability excellence in addition to identifying and engaging with relevant stakeholder groups. Under her aegis, Linde plc (and its predecessor) has been named a component of the Dow Jones World Sustainability Index (chemical sector) for 18 consecutive years, the only chemical company with this record.  She also leads Linde’s community engagement program.

Krut joined Linde in February 2008 as executive director, sustainable development. Before joining Linde, she was a consultant on environment and sustainable development, delivering projects for private and public sector clients. Krut holds a Ph.D. in history from the University of London, U.K., and a bachelor’s degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa.

From 2015-2018 she served as Chair of the Amsterdam-based Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Global Sustainability Standards Board (GSSB) Due Process Oversight Committee (DPOC). She has served on several non-profit boards of directors. Minimize

She conceptualizes and delivers on the 2023-2030 Corporate Sustainability Strategy along with Sustainable Supply Chain and IT Strategies, working closely with Procurement and IT departments. Previously, Paula was a Sustainability Lead Auditor and Consultant with Deloitte.
