Neil has over a decade of experience working at financial institutions where he predominantly managed large operations teams focused on trade lifecycle management and process improvement across Credit Derivatives and Foreign Exchange.

Frederick O. Quenzer is Senior Counsel, Americas, at the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (ISDA) where he works on documentation and legal projects in the credit derivatives and securities financing transactions area.
Frederick O. Quenzer is Senior Counsel, Americas, at the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (ISDA) where he works on documentation and legal projects in the credit derivatives and securities financing transactions area. In addition to his work on documentation, Mr. Quenzer also covers North American and Caribbean legal opinions, US tax-related matters and regulatory and policy matters in the United States and Canada. Before joining ISDA, Mr. Quenzer was an associate at Ropes & Gray in New York, where he worked in the investment management group.
Mr. Quenzer holds a BS from Cornell University, a JD from Fordham University School of Law and is a member of the New York Bar.
