The new company will be majority owned by IPL shareholders. Evercore and BMO Capital Markets were financial advisers to IPL. – Eurazeo SE acquired the remaining 29% stake it did not already own in alternative asset manager Kurma Partners SA. – Backcast Partners Management LLC invested in carton manufacturer Dominion Packaging Inc. Greenberg Traurig and McGuireWoods LLP were the legal advisers to Backcast.
