– MPE Mgt. Co. LLC simultaneously invested in waxed paper manufacturer Central Coated Products, Inc. and baking cups manufacturer Sun America, merging the companies into a new food packaging products platform. William Blair was financial adviser to MPE, and its legal advisers were Calfee, Halter, & Griswold LLP and BakerHostetler. PMCF Investment Banking was financial adviser to Sun America.
– Great Hill Partners LP made a minority investment in investment manager Mission Wealth Management LP. Seward & Kissel was the legal adviser to Mission Wealth. Ardea Partners LP was the financial adviser to Great Hill, and Goodwin Procter LLP was its legal adviser.
– Long Ridge Equity Partners LLC made a minority investment in independent insurance agency platform Pacific Crest Services, Inc. Evolve Capital was the financial adviser to PCS, and Wiggin and Dana LLP was its legal adviser. Choate, Hall, & Stewart LLP was the legal adviser to Long Ridge.
– Blue Yonder Group Inc. acquired Pledge Earth Technologies Ltd., a logistics services platform backed by Visionaries Club GmbH, Lowercarbon Capital LLC, Zinal Advisors Ltd., ACE & Company SA and Base¹ Partners.
– Global payments company Qenta Inc. acquired PIP IT GLOBAL LIMITED, a business-to-business cross-border payments platform backed by West Loop Ventures and Dotforge.
