– Vestum AB (publ) acquired electronic equipment and instruments business Nortech Management Ltd. from Horstmann GmbH.

– HCAP Partners LLC acquired mobile diagnostic provider First Choice Mobile Radiology Service LLC.

– KV Capital Inc. invested in cabinetry business Benson Cabinetry and Millwork Ltd.

– Crux Capital sold landscaping design and installation business Superscapes Inc. to TZP Group and GCP Capital Partners LLC.

– Serent Capital Management Co. LLC invested in funeral home management solutions provider Plotbox Inc.

– PSG Equity LLC partnered with 2ndWave Software LLC to acquire MVP Systems Software Inc., a provider of workload automation and job scheduling software doing business as JAMS, from Fortra LLC, a TA Associates Management LP portfolio company. Lincoln International LLC was financial adviser and Goodwin Procter LLP was legal adviser to Forta and TA. Weil Gotshal & Manges was legal adviser to PSG and 2ndWave.
